No fire here...just people ready to sign you up for your first marathon or half-marathon!  Join me this Saturday (1/22) @ 10am at the La Mesa Fire Station on Dallas Street. This information meeting will answer all of your questions of about Team in Training.

I'm starting my 8th season with Team in Training. I'd love to meet you and tell you what it's all about. We'll also have coaches on hand to tell you about the running & walking (yes - walking) program, or you can sign up to train for a triathlon or cycling event.
