Happy Trails

This Saturday, we didn't have a scheduled Team in Training run. The TNT first-timers signed up for one of the Coronado runs on Sunday, so they could get the experience of doing an organized running event.

Since I've done my share of those, I met up with some friends on Saturday for a trail run through Penasquitos Canyon Preserve. The two times that Team in Training scheduled a run there, it was rained out.
It was a scenic 6-miler to the waterfall and back, with plenty of hills along the way. I would definitely add this to my list of favorite runs.
