This week has been the most productive running I've done in months. Saturday, it was 8 miles in the heat. Sunday, I did a 7 mile hill run in the heat up Fanita Drive in Santee to Grossmont College (one of my favorites). Then, tonight I did 6 miles after work from the runner's bathroom @ Mission Bay. If you don't know where it is, it's just south of the Visitor's Center. The blue rack in the picture is filled with entry forms for just about every run/walk/cycle or tri event coming up. I ran from there to Sea World and back (the last stretch of the Rock & Roll Marathon, minus the dreaded Fiesta Island portion). I'm looking forward to this Saturday's run. It's called the Trolley Run. We catch the trolley down the hill from USD, take it downtown, then take a "tour of San Diego" for 13 miles back to where we first caught the trolley.
